美国数学学会（American Mathematical Society，简称AMS）创建于1888年，多年来一直致力于促进全球数学研究的发展及其应用。近年，在全球数学类期刊排名中，Journal of the AMS、Bulletin of the AMS、Transactions of the AMS 排名位居前列。通过AMS电子刊可获取创刊至今的期刊全文，最早回溯至1891年。
